Please note: Any import duties and taxes that are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you’ve any questions regarding the charges, please contact your local customs.

Can I track my order?

Local Normal mail: No tracking number will be provided under this option.

Local Courier Delivery: You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped out. Our courier partner will contact you directly regarding your delivery status.

International Shipping: You will receive a tracking number with your shipment notification email.

I have yet to receive my order, what should I do?

For Singapore Orders: Delivery could be delayed due to weekends or Public Holidays. If you do not receive your order after 10 business days, please contact us at mei.entree@gmail.com for assistance.

For International Orders After we have shipped out your order, there might be unforeseen custom checks & delays. If you do not receive your order after 21 business days, please contact us mei.entree@gmail.com for assistance.
